1The task
Lessons were booked by phone only, and the schedule lived in a paper notebook. The admin was stretched thin, and evening calls went unanswered.
2The solution
We built a site with live teacher schedules and online booking: slots sync with calendars, students get automatic Telegram and SMS reminders, and passes are paid online.
3The result
78% of bookings now happen online, no-shows fell 40% thanks to reminders, and pass renewals grew by a quarter.
